Lil & David spent summer 2023 on fellowship at Tsai CITY, a business-minded hub for “innovative thinking” that funds dozens of startups every year.
Lil and David do not have a startup.
Their peers decidedly did.
Over the course of the program, they met entrepreneurs whose single-minded pursuit of their ventures — a crypto exchange for middle-class Latin Americans, a limitless social review app, a biodegradable box — was as inspiring as it was hilarious.
THROAT is Lil & Dave’s take on a startup — a dating app with no pics, no developer team, and no reason for existing.
